Iron Man Fan Art Second Life™ Contest Entry

This is my entry for the Iron Man Fan Art Second Life™ Contest (Info). The background is one of the fabulous rooms at the Tunnel of Light in Rezzable (Info). I made the globe and attached it to my shoulder, moving it into place after posing. It took about ten shots to get this right as the "sinking avie" bug in the current Havok4 release of SL™ borks my ability to hover. I wound up taking the globe from one version and pasting it onto this composition.

Look for a later post about this location. I took a ton of pix late last week and I'm still sorting them to find the best.

Not Possible in SL™

Despite plenty of food in Second Life™, you will find very few bathrooms no matter how much you explore. And then the facilities are likely just for bathing. Thus the chat shorthand BRB can also stand for BathRoom Break.

Building in Second Life™

One day I'd like to have my own sandbox with tutorials like this. Well, I'd probably have mine in English, but you get the idea.

Distracting Architecture

Once again I found an unfamiliar landmark in my Inventory so being foolhardy I tele-s'plored and found myself at OnCom in a store that was so well designed and built that I never noticed what they sold (SLurl). The floor is fabulous. Great use of textures and Glow. And this dragon is very, very cool. I must remember to pop back and check out the rest of the sim some day.

Quick Pic - Lettuce & Lemons

My wife, Angela, is in Japan, waiting for her flight home. Made me think of this shot I have floating around. Nothing comforts like mutant veggies and fruit. I don't recall where this is so I should ask my friend Serenkitty ... she's up on the Japanese sims.
